Our two apartments are located in the Historical Center of the city, 5 blocks from the Main Square, where you can find squares and streets of Inca and colonial architecture, as well as banks, museums, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and bars; also commercial stores and craft markets.

 

3 blocks away is the Temple of the Sun - Qorikancha, this was the epicenter of Inca Religion and Inca power. Currently there is an interesting Museum of Contemporary Art, a gallery with colonial art and archaeological remains of the ancient Inca temple dedicated to the Sun God. Two blocks away you have a modern supermarket where you can find everything you need for your stay. Another important point to note is that you will be very close, only half a block away, from the bus terminal that will take you to Ollantaytambo, the village where the train station is to go to the Inca city of Machu Picchu.
